Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
On your day of departure, please call the Timber Yard Car Park 30 minutes before your expected arrival. Head directly to the Timber Yard Parking, located just 18 minutes from Stansted Airport. Upon arrival, you’ll leave your car keys at reception (please remove any house keys or valuables), and show your Parkhero booking confirmation email to the staff. If you'd prefer to keep your keys, a charge of £5 per day will apply.
After checking in, a shuttle will transfer you to the airport. The shuttle accommodates up to 4 passengers; any additional passengers will incur a £10 fee each, payable at the car park. Once you're dropped off, you can head straight to your flight while your car is safely parked on-site.
Upon landing at Stansted Airport, collect your luggage and then contact Timber Yard Parking to arrange your shuttle pick-up. The shuttle will collect you at the arrivals terminal and take you back to the car park where your vehicle is waiting. Please notify Timber Yard in advance if your return is outside normal operating hours (04:00 - 00:00), as an additional £20 charge applies for any service after midnight or before 04:00. If your flight is delayed, be sure to inform Timber Yard as soon as possible to minimize wait times at the terminal.
If you are returning outside of Stansted Airport's operating hours, please notify the car park at least 3 hours in advance.
