When I arrived, my time of booking in was not accepted. Different time than was on my confirmation. On checking out at the time I arranged, I was going to be charges £170 + . I had to call assistance and was then let rough the barrier. I was a 75 year old woman travelling late at night and didn't need this aggravation and stress.
