Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark award for safer parking by the police. This is thanks to the excellent security features it has in place.

When you arrive at the car park, pull up in one of the customer arrivals bays. After unloading your luggage, you can go to the car park reception where you will register and drop off your keys. At this point, you will be directed onto the on-demand shuttle bus. There is a £5 fee for using the shuttle service. This is not included in your parking price.
Upon your return, collect your luggage, and clear customs and passport control before you call Stansted I Love Park and Ride to be collected.
Stay on the arrivals level when you exit the terminal building. Head towards the middle of the forecourt and cross over to the outside lane. Here you should find an area known as Zone C.
Keep an eye out for the shuttle bus, as they are only able to wait 5 minutes for you. Should they have to wait longer, you may be charged additional fees.
Once you return to the car park, you can pick up your keys from the reception and hop in the car, before you are on your way home!

Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park. The Stansted I Love Park and Ride car park is located next to the Holiday Inn, opposite the McDonalds and before the BP garage. Turn into the Holiday Inn entrance, and then immediately take a right to enter the car park.
I Love Park and Ride Stansted cannot accept vehicles that have more than 8 seats. As such,
You will need to leave your keys while you travel. It is possible that your car will be moved by the staff if necessary, but will always be in a Park Mark awarded car park. All 3 car parks run by Stansted I Love Park and Ride are Park Mark accredited.
The shuttle buses are regrettably unable to accept any skiing equipment on-board.

The experience was spoiled by staff not allowing an old age pensioner to use the toilet after a long journey. We won't be using this company again.
