Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.
CSL Airport Parking Stansted has high standards of safety and security for your vehicle while you travel.
The compound is surrounded by an 8 foot tall security fence to ensure unwanted visitors cannot access your car stored within. Furthermore, the entrance has a gate, providing an added layer of security. Finally regular patrols ensure that the car park is secure.
In addition, chauffeurs are uniformed making them easy to spot when you are dropping off and picking up your car. They are fully trained and insured too.
20 minutes before your arrival, you should call the number provided in your booking confirmation email. You will be put in contact with a member of staff at My CSL Parking, who will organize a meeting point with you.
For those travelling North on the M11, call when you pass Harlow Junction 7.
For those travelling South on the M11, call when you pass Saffron Walden Junction 10.
When you arrive, a uniformed staff member from My CSL will be waiting for you.
Please make sure you bring a copy of your booking confirmation when you arrive.
If you are running more than 30 minutes early or late for your designated drop-off time, call the number again to rearrange another time slow with the Parking CSL staff member.
After you have collected your luggage, call My CSL Parking on the same number in your booking confirmation email.
A member of CSL Car Parking will arrange a meeting point with you.
Note, you should only call once you have collected your luggage. This is because Stansted Airport charges a penalty for any vehicle left at the collection point for a period longer than 10 minutes. As such, you will be liable for any additional charges.

There is an exit fee of £8.00 that must be paid by the customer (these are charges applied by Stansted Airport).
The CSL Meet and Greet service is only in operation between 04:00 am and 00:00 midnight. Should you return outside of these times, your booking will be amended automatically to a Park & Ride service. My CSL Car Parking is not responsible for flight cancellations and delays.
No extra daily fee will be charged for delays that are no fault of the customer themselves. In this situation, you will not be required to pay the exit fee as your vehicle will not be brought to the airport.
