Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.
The car park provides excellent security features. Using CCTV and regular patrols, this car park is monitored 24/7. Once you have unloaded your luggage and handed over your keys, the driver will take your vehicle to the secure parking facility, leaving you free to make your way to the flight check-in at your leisure.
Please make sure you have your booking confirmation with you to present to the driver upon your arrival.
Once you return to Manchester Airport, call VIP Parking on the phone number on your booking confirmation once you have collected your luggage, and passed through customs.
The driver will then meet you outside the terminal at the meeting point with your vehicle. Note, you will be guided to the meeting point during the phone call.
From here, you can simply return home.
All customers will be charged a £4.00 vehicle entry and exit fee by Manchester Airport. Manchester VIP is not liable for this fee.
The maximum stay in the forecourts is 10 minutes. Any vehicle that remains in the forecourts for longer than this time period will be charged £25.00.
This service is accessible to those with limited mobility, as you will be driving directly to the terminal with your own vehicle and there is no need for a shuttle bus.
Please note that the vehicle collection area is 200 metres away from the entrance at Terminal 2.

The whole process was a bit of a mess to be honest. I changed the number of passengers from 1 to 4. Upon arriving to drop my car off, my number of passengers was stated as "%!s(int=4)" and my arrival time had been changed from 0600hrs to 0400hrs. Due to this apparent change in timings and the team not being ready for my arrival, I ended up overstaying and having to pay an overtime charge. Upon returning from my holiday, I called the chauffeur number at 1210hrs, and after repeated calls to the number I ended up receiving my vehicle at around 1250hrs - I was handed the keys and the chauffeur informed me that he was late as he'd been "left with two muppets to work with", who then disappeared before I had the chance to check my vehicle for damage. Going off this single transaction, I will not be using this company again.

Hidden extra costs that should be visible from the outset and not including within the small print which I guess has caught numerous other people out....
Not brilliant and certainly not VIP-no one tole us we had to pay extra to get the car off and on the airport-no one told us changed the parking address to Terminal 1- car settings had all been changed-used manual to change the electric wing mirrors as finger prints all over the driver mirror-no lights when they should could on automatically- we two OAP and the drop off driver just watched us struggle with our luggage-and when collected the car the warning lights were on clearling showing a message re the tyres and not informed-police had to escort us off the motorway as the lights had been tampered with and not working automatically-and all the blue tooth setting not working as driver had the radio settings on-something i did not have on and i was unable to link my phone to the car had far better service for a lot less cost whole experience should be PIV not VIP 'Pretty Inferior Verify'-I have requested a copy of the mileage and fuel when dropped off -a refund would be in order!! Not a happy customer
