Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.

Travellers using Vacation Care’s meet & greet service can expect an easy, hassle-free parking process. A quarter of an hour (15 minutes) before you’re due to arrive at the airport, you’ll need to call Vacation Care using the number provided on your booking confirmation. They will when dispatch your chauffeur to come meet you at a pre-arranged drop-off point by your terminal. Once you spot the uniformed chauffeur, you will need to hand over a set of your car keys. At this point, you simply need to enter the Departures Hall and head to your check-in desk. The chauffeur will take car of all the rest.
On your return to the airport, you will need to call Vacation Care again. We advise doing so after you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. Your chauffeur will be sent to meet you at the pick-up point outside the airport terminal, with your vehicle ready and waiting for you to drive home.
Your vehicle will be parked in Vacationcare Manchester’s highly secure car park, while you are away. There is 24 hour CCTV in operation, security lighting, an entry and exit barrier, guard dogs, and manned surveillance around the clock. When using Vacation Car parking Manchester Airport, you can leave your car with peace of mind that it is in good hands.
The car park is open 24 hours, however a surcharge of £15.00 will be payable to the car park on arrival for drop-offs and returns on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

I could not get hold of the driver who was supposed to greet me
Great for punctuality - no waiting around whatsoever. However I do t know where our car was parked but it was covered in leaves and bird poop, definitely needs a valet today. Otherwise a great service.
