Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.

Once you’ve arrived at the airport, drive to the on-site car park (which used to be called long stay). Here you will be met by a barrier. Just take a ticket and park your car in an available space. You will be met by a uniformed driver who will then take your keys and the ticket you received from the barrier.
Now you just simply unload your luggage and take the 3-5 minute walk to the airport!
On arrival back to London, all you need to do is call the number on the confirmation email to let the staff know you’ve touched down. Once you’ve collected your luggage and walked back to the car park, you’ll be met with a driver and your car. They will also hand you a ticket to exit the car park.
