Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.
Butterfly Meet and Greet Business ensures customers receive the best service possible. Once you arrive at London City Airport, you will need to drive to the Long Stay Car Park. Here, you will be met by a security barrier. Simply take a ticket from the barrier to gain entry to the facility.
From here, drive into the car park and park your car in the nearest available space. You will be met by one of the uniformed Butterfly staff who will meet you, take your keys and the ticket you received from the barrier. Don’t worry though; all Butterfly Meet and Greet drivers are mature and fully insured to ensure you and your cars safety!
Once you’ve landed in London from your trip all you need to do is call Butterfly to notify them of your arrival. From here, collect your luggage and walk back to the Long Stay Car Park where you will be met by a Butterfly driver, and your car. You will be handed a ticket to exit (this will cost £7.50).
Once you have left your car, it will be driven to the Butterfly Meet and Greet Business Parking safety compound which is underground that features manned patrols, a high-tech CCTV system and entry and exit barriers.
At Butterfly Meet and Greet Business London City Airport you can benefit from a range of extra facilities. If you have an electric car, you can benefit from the on-site electric charging facilities. Please ask on arrival about these. There is also a car wash that you will be able to use.
