Drop-off

Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand over your car keys

Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
On your return

Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Drive home

Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.

How does ValAir Non-Flex Meet and Greet work?

Your parking experience is made easy with ValAir’s non-flex service.

On arrival

You simply need to give ValAir a call 30 minutes before you arrive at the terminal and then there will be a uniformed chauffeur waiting to greet you. If you request it, the valet will provide you with photo ID. Your car will be checked over with you for any existing damage, then you will be free to take the short walk with your luggage to the terminal building.

While you are on your way, your car will be taken to the secure off-site car park just a short drive from the airport.

On return

When you return you are required to give ValAir a call after you have picked-up your luggage. This will give the valet enough time to bring your car to the pick-up point, so that you do not need to wait. Make your way to the meeting point at Short Stay car park and your car will be waiting for you in the off-airport parking zone. Check it over for any damage, then collect your keys from the valet and begin your journey home.

Security

ValAir Heathrow parking Non-flex will give you peace of mind that your car will be kept safe and secure. The car park has been inspected by the Police to ensure that security measures are up to scratch and the car park has been awarded a Park Mark Safer Parking accreditation. Additional Information

When you arrive at the meeting point for Valair Non-Flex Heathrow Airport, you will need to show a copy of your booking confirmation. This can either be a print our version or a digital version via mobile device.

While you are away your car key will need to stay with Valair. This enables the valet drivers to take your car to the off-site car park and back to the airport when you return. When it is at the car park, your car will only be moved if necessary, to make space.

Directions

You will have no trouble finding the meeting points for Valair Meet and Greet Non-Flex. You simply need to make your way to the Off-Airport Parking Zone at the Short Stay Car Park at each terminal. Make sure to give ValAir a call 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport.

Terminals 2 and 3

From the M4 take the exit at Junction 4 and follow signs for Terminals 2 and 3 and the Short Stay car parks
From the M25 take Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminals 2 and 3
You will drive through a tunnel into the main area in front of Terminals 2 and 3
For Short Stay Car Park 2 and 3 stay in the right-hand lane and use Lane 6 as you approach the entrance
Once through the barrier for Short Stay Car Park 2, make your way to Level 4 and park up in a bay in Row A
Short Stay Car Park 3 once through the barrier, make your way to Level 3

Terminal 4

Take Junction 3 and follow signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham
Continue for 1 mile until you reach the Waggoners Roundabout then continue to the junction with the A30 and take the first right
You will then see signs for Terminal 4 which you can follow to the slip road entrance to the terminal
At the main roundabout outside Terminal 4, follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park 4
Once through the entry barrier to the car park, make your way to Level 2

M25

Take Junction 14 and follow signs for Terminal 4 (A3113)
Cross the next two roundabouts and then pass through three sets of traffic lights then follow signs for Short Stay Car Park 4 at the main Terminal 4 roundabout
Once through the entry barrier to the car park, make your way to Level 2

Terminal 5

Take Junction 4 and follow signs for Terminal 5 onto the North Perimeter Road
Follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park 5 and turn left at the main roundabout outside Terminal 5
Keep left and once through the barrier to the car park, make your way to Level 4

M25

Take Junction 14 and follow signs for Terminal 5
At the main roundabout outside Terminal 5 take the second exit for Short Stay Car Park 5
Keep left and once through the barrier to the car park, make your way to Level 4
