On your day of departure, head to Heathrow Airport. When you are 20 - 30 minutes away from the terminals, call the number on your Parkhero booking confirmation to let them know you will be arriving within that timeframe. Meet the Terminals Parking Chauffeur at the designated Meet & Greet point on your booking confirmation. You will be greeted by the Chauffeur, hand over your keys, collect any paperwork, and be on your way to the terminal's check-in desk. Be sure to keep any paperwork received from the chauffeur safe, as you will need to show it upon return. Your car will be driven by the chauffeur back to the car park, located 5 minutes away from the airport.
Upon returning to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park number on your booking confirmation twice. Call the car park once upon landing, and again after you have collected your luggage, so they can bring your car to you promptly. Exit Terminal 4, head to Car Park 4, Level 2, and meet your chauffeur at Rows E or F. You will then need to show the paperwork you received upon arrival, quickly inspect your car, and be on your way home!
