Travellers flying from Terminal 5 are welcomed to park their car at Terminals Parking for a complimentary, 6 minute shuttle transfer to the terminal, and low airport parking rates whether they are parking for a week, or a month.
The car park is open 24/7, with shuttle services running primarily between 04:00 - 23:30. After hour shuttle services are available to transport passengers to and from Terminal 5 for an additional fee. For a reliable, swift car park experience, consider Terminals Parking Park & Ride service.

Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.

20 - 30 minutes before arrival, kindly place a call to the phone number listed on your Parkhero confirmation email to let them you are on the way. Upon arrival, park your car in the 'Drop Off Zone.' Ensure your car is locked and enter the car park's office to be met by a member of staff to whom you can show your booking confirmation to. Handover your keys and collect any documentation given. You will then be directed to the shuttle bus and transferred to Terminal 5. Please arrive to the car park 3 hours before your boarding time.
Upon return to Heathrow, please call the car park twice: upon landing, and after collecting luggage and clearing customs. After you have cleared customs, make your way to Level 1 of the Short Stay Car Park. Terminals Parking shuttle bus will pick you up from Row A or B. The driver will communicate any further specifics upon calling.
