On your day of departure, call Terminals Parking via the phone number on your Parkhero confirmation email, 20 - 30 minutes before arrival at the terminals so they are prepared for you. Drive to the designated drop-off point noted on your confirmation email and hand over the keys to your vehicle. Your vehicle will then be driven by the chauffeur to the car park, located just 5 miles from the airport. EV booking customers should notify the driver of their electric vehicle upon calling.
Upon your return to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park twice: once as soon as you land, and the second time after you have collected your baggage. Make your way to the designated pick-up point located in your confirmation email, which will vary depending on the terminal from which you are arriving.
