Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.

Parking with Maple Parking Meet and Greet could not be easier. You will have a hassle-free beginning and end to your holiday from Heathrow.
Maple Parking requires you to call 20 minutes before your arrival to ensure they are always prepared to greet you. Once you have called, all you have to do is to drive to the drop off point in the Short Stay Car park at either Terminal 2 or 3, where you will be met by one of the chauffeurs. All drop off points are undercover, so no matter the weather you will be dry! You will need to park in one of the ‘Off Airport Meet and Greet’ bays. Once you have unloaded and locked your car, you can hand over your car keys at the Maple Parking desk. Your car will be photographed to check for pre-existing damage and then taken to the secure car park.
While you head to the check-in desks your car will be taken to the Maple car park, where it will stay for the duration of your trip.
On your return there is no need to call Maple Parking, as long as you have provided them with the correct flight details your car will be waiting where you dropped it off. You can make your way straight to the Short Stay car park, inspect your car for any damage, collect your keys and begin your journey home.
Maple Parking Terminal 2 & 3 also offers you peace of mind during your trip, as it has Park Mark Police accredited security in place. This includes full CCTV coverage, regular patrols and frequent reassessments of security to ensure that your car is kept safe. All Maple Parking drivers are also CRB checked and wear a uniform with ID so that you can identify them. Whether you choose to keep your car with Maple Parking for long term parking Heathrow or short stay parking, you can rest assured that it is in good hands.

You will need to carry a copy of your booking confirmation with you to present to the Maple valet parking driver on your arrival. This can be on paper or via a mobile device.
If you do not return to collect your car on the return date, you will be charged £20 per part day or day. Your car will not be released to you until the final additional costs are settled with Maple Parking.
The vehicle owner is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is roadworthy, is in possession of a valid MOT and Road Fund License. Cars that do not meet these requirements will be refused by Maple Parking or you may be given the option of driving it yourself to the off-site car park. You will need to arrange transport to and from the car park yourself in this case.
Maple Parking Heathrow Airport is easy to get to as the meeting point is located at the Short Term Car Park of both Terminal 2 and 3.
