Maple Parking Heathrow Park and Stroll is a simple service to use that will give you stress-free access to Terminal 4.
When you arrive, you just need to make your way to the Heathrow Terminal 4 Premier Inn car park, take a ticket at the barrier and find the drop-off bays. Unload your luggage and take your keys to the parking desk, where you can check-in your car. Once you are checked in, take the lift to the covered walkway to Terminal 4 and your car will be parked securely for you by a professional Maple parking driver.
Your car will be taken to the off-site secure Maple car park and will only be moved again before your return, if necessary, to manage the parking space.
When you return, you will need to head to the Premier Inn and collect your keys at the parking desk. You do not need to call Maple Parking when you return, you simply need to ensure you provide them up to date information about your return flight when you drop-off your keys. From the terminal it is just a 10-minute walk through the covered walkway. When you arrive, your car will be waiting for you in a pick-up bay. Make sure to check it over for any damage, then you can begin your journey home.
With this Heathrow Park and Walk service your car will be kept safe and secure. Maple’s secure car park is Park Mark Safer Parking accredited and has been inspected by the Police to ensure that it meets the high security standards required for the certificate. There is 24-hour surveillance, a security barrier, CCTV and your vehicle will be checked for damage before it is parked. This ensures that you are covered should there be any issues when you return. Your car will be parked on suitable terrain with asphalt spaces and will be kept illuminated for security purposes. The Maple Parking service is also available 24/7, so no matter when you need to drop-off or pick-up your car, someone will be waiting to assist you.
Please note that if you return later than your stated return date, you will be charged £20.00 per day or part day. Your car will not be released by Maple Park and Stroll Heathrow until all extra charges have been paid.
If you return early, you cannot receive a refund for the remaining days of your booking.
You must ensure that your vehicle is safe to drive, has a valid MOT certificate and valid tax disc before dropping it off with Maple Parking. If your car is not considered roadworthy, it will be refused on drop-off.
