Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
Parking with Happy Days shuttle parking is a straightforward process, as they ensure that you can enjoy a stress-free beginning and end to your trip.
Simply arrive at the car park, park in one of the arrival bays and report to reception. You will need to show your confirmation details and hand over your car keys. Your car will then be taken to the secure car park and only moved again if strictly necessary to manage the car park. You can then catch the shuttle bus to the terminal. Buses run during opening hours between 5am and midnight and take around 15 minutes depending on your terminal. You will be dropped off at one of the bus stops outside the terminal entrance.
When you return you will need to give Happy Days a call once you have collected your luggage. This will ensure that a bus will come and pick you up and save you a long waiting time. When you arrive back at the car park your car will be waiting for you in one of the exit bays. You can collect your car keys from the reception, check over your car for any damage (it is best to report it at the time) and then head on home.
At Happy Days Parking Heathrow you can relax knowing that your car will be in safe hands. The car park is an Approved Airport Operator and has all the measures necessary in place to ensure the security of your vehicle. There is 24/7 security which includes barriers at the entrance and exit to the terminal, comprehensive CCTV coverage, regular security patrols and the compound has security fencing all around. You can only use the Happy Days Heathrow parking service for Terminals 2, 3 and 5. It is possible to take the Heathrow Express from one of these terminals to Terminal 4, but this is not recommended.
The transfer time to Terminal 5 is around 15 minutes while it takes around 12 minutes to reach Terminals 2 and 3.
Customers will need to present their booking confirmation on arrival. This can be a paper print our or a digital version on a mobile device.
You will need to leave your car keys with the car park. This allows a professional staff member to move your car to the secure parking compound and return it to the exit area for your return. Between these times your car will only be moved if it is necessary for the management of the space.
