All you need to do is drop your car off at the Short Stay car park at Terminals 2, 3 or 5 with a Happy Days chauffeur and then make your way to departures. On your return your car will be waiting for you where you dropped it off, ready for you to drive home. You can save up to 30 minutes each end of your journey with this car parking service.
Your car will be driven by a fully insured chauffeur to a secure car park, where it will be kept for the duration of your trip. It will only be moved if necessary, for the management of the car park. Happy Days gives security high priority with 24-hour security which includes security patrols, CCTV and entry and exit barriers. Your car will be in safe hands while you are away, so you don’t need to worry about it not being there when you get back!

Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.
Using the Happy Days Non-Flex Meet and Greet could not be simpler.
You will find the meeting point for each terminal at their respective Short Stay Car park and will need to call 30 minutes before your arrival. This will give the valets enough notice to ensure there is room for your car and that there will be someone ready to greet you.
As you arrive at the Short Stay car park barrier, take a ticket (make sure to hand it to the valet) and make your way to the Off-Airport Meet and Greet Zone. This is on a different floor of each car park, but you can find more information in the Directions section below. When you arrive park in the indicated drop-of zone and check your car over with the valet for any existing damage. You can then hand over your car key and make your way to the terminal. It is just a couple of minutes’ walk to the entrance. While you are on your way, your car will be taken to the secure Happy Days car park.
After your flight has landed make your way through Passport Control and collect your luggage before giving Happy Days a call to prepare your vehicle for pick-up. If you only have hand luggage you can give them a call before Passport Control. Make your way to the spot where you dropped off your vehicle and collect your key from the valet. Your car will be ready and waiting to leave. Make sure to check it over for any damage!
With Happy Days Non-Flex Heathrow you can relax and let someone else do all the worrying for you. From start to finish your car is in the best hands. All staff are fully trained and insured to drive your vehicle and the car park has a number of facilities in place to ensure your car is protected until your return. This includes entry and exit barriers to the parking compound, full CCTV coverage, regular patrols and a surrounding of security fencing. You can leave your car confident that it will be returned safe and sound at the end of your trip.
It is only possible to use the Happy Days Heathrow service at Terminals 2, 3 and 5. There is no Meet and Greet service from Happy Days for Terminal 4.
When you arrive at the Short Stay car park drop-off point, you will need to present your booking confirmation. This can be a print out or the digital version on your mobile device.
The valet will need to take your car key in order to drive your car to and from the secure Happy Days car park. Once it is there it will not be moved unless necessary for the management of the space.
For all terminals (2, 3 and 5) the drop-off and pick-up point is at the Short Stay Car Park in the Off-Airport Meet and Greet Zone.
As you approach the airport and Terminal 2 through the tunnel, keep an eye out for signs for the Short Stay Car Park 2. It is located on Constellation Way.
When you arrive at the entry barriers take a ticket and make your way to Level 4 and park in row B in the Off-Airport Parking Zone.

Drive through the tunnel to the Central Terminal Area and follow the signs for Terminal 3 and Short Stay car park 3 on the other side.
When you arrive at the entry barriers, take a ticket and make your way to Level 3 and park your car in Row A.

Approach Heathrow Airport following the signs for Terminal 5. When you exit the roundabout on the Terminal 5 exit, keep an eye out for the sign to the Short Stay Car Park on the right-hand side.
When you reach the car park barrier, take a ticket and make your way to Level 4 and the Off-Airport Meet and Greet Zone. You can park your vehicle in Zones R to S.
