On your day of departure, call Express Parking via the phone number on your Parkhero confirmation email, 20 - 30 minutes before arrival at the terminals so they are prepared for you. Drive to the designated drop-off point noted on your confirmation email and hand over the keys to your vehicle. Your vehicle will then be driven by the chauffeur to the car park, located minutes from the airport.
✈️NOTE: If you are dropping off your vehicle early or late, give the car park a minimum 2-3 hours notice. They will try their best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee to meet you earlier than your original booking time.
Upon your return to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park after you have collected your baggage at the phone number listed on your booking confirmation. Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear customs, call the car park's number on your booking confirmation. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off, at Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park, in Row R or S.
