Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.

On your day of departure, call Express Parking via the phone number on your Parkhero confirmation email, 20 - 30 minutes before arrival at the terminals so they are prepared for you. Drive to the designated drop-off point noted on your confirmation email and hand over the keys to your vehicle. Your vehicle will then be driven by the chauffeur to the car park, located minutes from the airport.
✈️NOTE: If you are dropping off your vehicle early or late, give the car park a minimum 2-3 hours notice. They will try their best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee to meet you earlier than your original booking time.
Upon your return to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park after you have collected your baggage at the phone number listed on your booking confirmation. Exit the Arrival Hall and cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car Park. Once within the Short Stay Car Park, take the lift to Level 2. Your vehicle will be returned to you in the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' area, which is the furthest point of the car park, away from the Terminal Building.
