Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.

From the M25, take the exit at Junction 14, following signs for Terminals 1, 2 &3. This should bring you around to the Western Perimeter Road.
Continue through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for the Terminals 1, 2 &3.
Keep to the right at the exit of the tunnel, passing the Central Bus Station and joining the final approach for Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Keep to the right following the ramps towards the Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
Keep to the right on the ramp. This will lead you directly into the Short Stay car park. Staying in lanes 5 or 6, take a ticket at the entry barriers and head to Level 4 of the car park.
At Level 4, keep to the right following signs for “Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet”. Park in Row B.
Here you should see one of the chauffeurs near the ticket machine. They will be wearing black and expecting you.

From the M25, take the exit at Junction 14, following the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Once on the Western Perimeter Road, go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1,2 & 3.
Stay in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay car park (Car Park 3).
Take a ticket from the barrier and follow signs to Level 4. Here, park in Row A.

Follow directions towards the Short Stay car park and then drive to Level 2. Find the “Off Airport Meet & Greet” sign. You will find the desk in the lobby.
Using satellite navigation, input the following into your device: TW6 2GA.
As you take the exit for Terminal 5 from the roundabout, you should find signs for the Short Stay car park. It is located on the right side of the ramp.
Stay in the left lane as you enter the Short Stay car park. Follow directions to Level 4.
Take a ticket from the barrier and head to the Zones R-S. Look for the sign saying “Off Airport Meet & Greet” and park your car in the designated areas.
You should find the chauffeurs near the ticket pay machine, wearing black and expecting you.
