Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
Upon arrival, park your vehicle in the designated drop-off area and proceed to reception with your luggage. A staff member will be available to assist you.
As part of the service, you will need to leave your car keys with Bee Parking, so your vehicle can be securely relocated within the parking facility. Once check-in is complete, a shuttle will transfer you to the airport terminal in approximately 10 minutes.
✈️ Important: A £5 airport access fee per vehicle is payable each way on the day of departure. This fee will be collected at the Bee Parking Heathrow counter before your transfer.
After collecting your luggage and before clearing customs, call the number provided in your booking confirmation and follow the instructions. The shuttle service will be dispatched to pick you up and transport you back to the car park.
