Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.

On arrival
All you need to do is drive to the car park and park in one of the bays outside reception. You will need to hand over your car keys and your car will be checked for damage by a member of staff. Once the vehicle has been inspected you can jump onto one of the waiting minibuses and make your way to the airport. It only takes around 8 to 10 minutes to reach the terminals.
On return
On your return, give Airtime a call once you have been through Passport Control and collected your luggage. You can then make your way to the spot where you were dropped off on arrival and a bus will be sent to pick you up. You will be taken to the car park to pick up your vehicle, which will be waiting for you in the departure area of the car park.
With Airtime parking Heathrow your car will be kept secure. The car park has been awarded a Park Mark Safer Parking award and has been inspected by the Police to ensure that the security measures onsite are up to scratch. These measures include 24-hour security, CCTV coverage of the whole compound, regular security patrols and security fencing. When you drop-off your vehicle you will need to leave your car key at reception so that your car can be moved to the secure car park. In the meantime, it will only be moved, if strictly necessary, to ensure good management of the parking space. You can rely on Airtime to keep your car safe while you are away.
You will need to take a copy of your booking confirmation with you on the day to Airtime Heathrow Parking. This can be in the paper format or in a digital format on a mobile device.
While you are away you will need to leave your car key with the car park. Your vehicle will only be moved for the good management of the parking space.
