Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.

You will need to give AirParker a call 20 minutes before you arrive at the car park, to ensure that staff are ready to receive you. When you arrive you can drop off your car in one of the designated bays, unload your luggage and hand over your car keys at reception. You can then head to the shuttle buses, which run every 20 minutes and take between 10 and 15 minutes to reach Terminal 4. The shuttle will drop you off outside the entrance to the terminal.
When you return you will need to head back to where you were dropped off outside the terminal entrance and wait for the shuttle bus to come and pick you up. You will be taken back to the car park where your car will be ready and waiting for you in one of the exit bays. Collect your car key from reception and check your car over for damage before beginning you journey home.

When leaving your car with AirParker Terminal 4 you can rely on the excellent security features in place to protect your vehicle while you are away. It is not difficult to find AirParker T4 Heathrow as the car park is just a short drive from Junction 5 of the M4.
When you arrive at AirParker T4 Park and Ride and when you return, you will need to show your confirmation email. This can either be in paper form or digitally via a mobile device.
You will need to leave your car key with Air Parker while you are away. This enables the car park to move your vehicle from the drop-off bay to the secure car park and return it to the exit bay for you to pick up. Other than this your vehicle will only be moved to manage the space in the car park.
The car park is operational between 5 am and midnight and the bus service to and from Terminal 4 is only operational during this time.
