Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.

Meanwhile, your car will be driven to the secure I Love Meet and Greet Gatwick car park.
When you return, collect your luggage, clear passport control and when you are in the Arrivals Hall, give I Love Meet and Greet a call. This will ensure that your vehicle is at the pick-up point where you dropped off your vehicle when you arrive. Make sure to make your way straight to the pick-up area as there are extra charges levied by the airport for longer stays. Make sure to stay in the right-hand lane and you can avoid the queue for the multi-storey car park. You will find the drop-off area on the left-hand side after following the sign, right outside the Premier Inn. Here you will be met by a uniformed I Love Meet and Greet valet.
Passengers for the South Terminal will need to follow the signs for the ‘Passenger Drop-off’. Make sure you stay in the right-hand lane and drive all the way to the end to the Approved Operators area. You will be met by a I Love Meet and Greet valet who will be clearly uniformed and carrying ID.
I Love Meet and Greet Gatwick is an Approved Operator. This means that it has been recognised by the airport as a legitimate and reliable parking provider at the airport and is permitted to use the Approved Operators drop-off and pick-up zone outside of the terminal forecourt. A fee of £7 is included in your parking cost summary to cover the Airport charges for Approved Providers.
I Love Meet and Greet does not accept all vehicles. It will refuse to accept licensed taxis, hire vehicles, minibuses with 8 seats or more and vehicles longer than 3 metres. If you are uncertain if your vehicle will be accepted, you can contact our customer service team for more information.
