Parking is in an underground car park about 8 km away, in which your car is extremely secure thanks to video surveillance, a lockable gate and constant presence of staff. Your car can be picked up and handed from 06:00 a.m to 11:59 p.m. at Terminal 1 and 2.

Please note:

A one-time night surcharge of €50 applies between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
For vehicles with overlength, additional costs of €30 per day apply.
These surcharges are paid online.

The Process of Valet Parking

Why does a valet service in Frankfurt actually make parking so much easier? The reason lies in the parking process. Normally you have to frantically look for a parking space on site and then spend a lot of money on the parking fees. But that doesn't have to be the case if you take advantage of the Mein Valet offer at Frankfurt Airport.

On the Day of Departure

You simply call the provider half an hour before you arrive at the terminal – you will find the telephone number on your booking confirmation. An employee dressed in red will then greet you directly at the airport, carry out a short vehicle check and then take over your car. Please be at the terminal at least 2.5 hours before departure. With a short stopover at public parking areas, your car will then be brought safely to the parking facility and you can continue to check-in in the meantime.

At Arrival

When you land after your trip, call My Valet again and your car will be driven to your arrivals terminal. Your car will be driven a maximum of 15 km in total. You get your car. Get in, drive home and you're done!
